His focus is the moments that actually stress people out: a tight connection through Paris or Amsterdam, a pet that may or may not be allowed in the cabin, a name that does not match the passport, a funeral that means flying tomorrow. He would rather give you the honest answer, even when it is inconvenient, and help you plan around it, than sell you a fare and disappear.
