Bookmecheapest LLC, doing business as BargainAirTicket ("BargainAirTicket," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and phone-based booking services, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.

This Policy applies to www.bargainairticket.com and its Spanish-language version, and to information we collect when you call our booking desk, submit a call-back request, or contact us or our partners. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, such as Kayak, which have their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Call-back request form: name, phone number, email address, and any message you enter describing what you need help with.
• Phone calls: when you call us or we call you back, we collect the information you provide to complete a booking, change, or cancellation — which may include traveler names, travel dates, billing details for payment (handled verbally with your agent, not through our website), and passport/visa information where relevant to your trip.
• Email & WhatsApp: if you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we collect the content of those messages and the contact details you use.

Information collected automatically

• Approximate location (geo-IP): we use your IP address, via a third-party lookup service, to detect your general country location so we can display the correct local toll-free phone number for you. This is an approximate, city/country-level location, not precise GPS location.
• Device & usage data: browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and similar technical data, collected via cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details.
• Advertising & analytics identifiers: tools such as Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics collect click and conversion data (for example, that a phone number or WhatsApp button was clicked) to help us measure advertising performance.

3. Call Recording

Calls to or from our booking desk may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, agent training, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes. Where required by law, we will notify you of call recording at the start of a call. By proceeding with the call after any such notice, you consent to the recording. Where a phone number or WhatsApp link published on our website connects you directly to an independent partner agency, any recording of that communication is performed by that partner under its own practices.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to call-back requests and connect you with our in-house team or a partner agency;
• To search for, book, change, or cancel travel on your behalf, including issuing tickets through our ticketing partners;
• To act on your behalf, with your authorization, in interacting and communicating with airlines, suppliers, and other agencies about your booking, and to collect, access, and use details about your bookings and your personal information (such as booking references, itineraries, traveler details, and, where relevant, passport or identification information) as needed to assist you with your request. Our partner agencies acting on our behalf may do the same. This is described further in the "Authorization to Act on Your Behalf" section of our Terms and Conditions;
• To display the correct local phone number and language for your region;
• To communicate with you about your request or booking by phone, text message, email, or WhatsApp;
• To measure and improve our advertising, including Google Ads conversion tracking;
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
• To comply with legal obligations, including tax, consumer-protection, and travel-industry recordkeeping requirements.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below:

Independent partner agencies and ticketing partners are separate businesses that handle your information under their own privacy practices; we require them by contract to handle personal data lawfully, but we are not responsible for their independent privacy practices.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

7. Data Retention

We keep booking-related information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements — generally up to seven years for transaction records. Call-back requests that do not result in a booking are generally retained for a shorter period, typically up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or applicable law requires a different period.

8. Your Privacy Rights (U.S.)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email helpdesk@bargainairticket.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website links to third-party sites and services, including Kayak, and publishes third-party partner phone numbers and WhatsApp links.
