I am usually not good at writing reviews, but my experience with Bargainairticket compelled me to write this note. I knew that I am getting great price with Bargainairticket as I compared rates online across many other big providers in the US. However, what surprised me (good one!) is the passion for customer service at Bargain. Everyone I talked to in the process is very professional, proactive & customer oriented in helping their clients. I got regular calls and email updates. Highly recommend to everyone looking to book international flights!
I got a great deal on our tickets. I was skeptical at first, because the price I got was 50% off of the airline's listed price on their website. I was able to log in to the airline website about 2 days later to confirm the booking and choose seats. They were very responsive to my questions. So we got the flights that we wanted with 50% savings. They offered more flight choices than the search engine I used to use. I will definitely use this website again.

Cheaper than any other place and very easy transaction. I even got a call telling me that when they ran my card they broke the amount into two transactions and to not be alarmed — they were only charging what I had agreed to pay. I've never had that before; a personal call! Great customer service.
This is my first plane trip, and I was skeptical about buying a ticket from an online site. I read the reviews, thought about it for a couple of days, then took a leap of faith — and I am not sorry. Fares were very competitive. Was skeptical at first but I called them and they were very professional and responsive. In less than 24 hours after making my reservation it was confirmed and ticketed by the airline.
I was very nervous booking with a service unknown to me that was half the price of the airline and popular services. When I didn't get an immediate confirmation I was worried. I called support. They were very responsive and assured me I would get a response within 48 hours. The next day I was ticketed. This was a very good experience.
They always answer the phone/emails and I save money on most flights. I didn't trust them at first because it took longer to get the actual confirmation number, but several times it just came a little later and all was normal.
When my travel plans changed (12 hours after buying a ticket) I was fully refunded, no questions asked and no fees charged. While I consider this a common courtesy, I doubt most ticket retailers would actually give a full refund like that.
