1. Scope of This Consent
These SMS/Calling Consent Terms apply when you submit a call-back request, quote request, or similar contact form on the BargainAirTicket website, providing your name, phone number, email address, and an optional message. They supplement our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and should be read together with them.
2. What You're Agreeing To
By submitting a call-back request or similar form, you expressly authorize BargainAirTicket (Bookmecheapest LLC) — and any partner travel agency acting on our behalf — to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, using one or more of the following methods:
- Phone calls, including calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded/artificial voice;
- Text messages (SMS/MMS), including automated text messages; and
- Email, regarding your request, related travel offers, and booking follow-up.
This consent applies even if the phone number you provided is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Message and data rates may apply to any text messages you receive from us or a partner agency, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies based on your request and any ongoing booking. We are not responsible for charges billed by your wireless carrier.
5. Partner Agencies Acting on Our Behalf
BargainAirTicket works with a network of independent, licensed travel agents and partner agencies who may call, text, or email you on our behalf to help complete your booking request. Your consent under these Terms extends to contact from those partner agencies acting for us, using the contact details you submitted.
6. How to Opt Out
You can withdraw your consent to future calls, texts, or emails at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us, to stop future text messages;
- Telling an agent directly, during any phone call, that you no longer wish to be contacted; or
- Emailing helpdesk@bargainairticket.com with "Opt Out" in the subject line, including the phone number and/or email address you want removed.
Please allow a reasonable period for your opt-out request to take effect across our systems and any partner agency's systems. Opting out of marketing contact does not affect service-related communications about a booking you've already made, where permitted by law.
7. Do Not Call / Do Not Text Registries
We aim to honor applicable state and federal Do Not Call and Do Not Text registry requirements for contacts that fall outside the consent described in Section 2. If you believe you've received a call or text in error, please contact us using the details in Section 9 so we can investigate.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS/Calling Consent Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
