    At aeromexico.com or in the Aeroméxico app you'll need your reservation code and last name. Keep it handy, we'll ask for it too when we help.

    Add bags, seats and extras:

    Most extras can be added after booking, usually better than sorting them at the airport. On Light that includes the carry-on the fare doesn't come with, on Basic it includes the checked bag and the seat selection that cost extra. Adding early is the smart move.

    Fix details:

    Minor corrections like a spelling fix are frequently possible; bigger changes may need a reissue and get harder close to departure, so don't wait.

    Add your Aeroméxico Rewards number:

    With your Rewards number on the reservation you earn points on Aeroméxico and SkyTeam partners like Delta, and any tier benefits apply. Easy to miss, easy to add.

    Change or cancel:

    Date changes and cancellations follow your fare rules, tightest on Light and Basic, and the US 24-hour rule can help right after booking, see our change and cancellation guide, or just call and we'll handle it.
