    Find your reservation:

    In Manage Booking at avianca.com or the Avianca app you will need your reservation code and last name. Keep it handy, because we will ask for it too when we help.

    Add bags, seats and extras:

    Most extras can be added after booking, often more cheaply than at the airport. On Basic and Light, where a carry-on and checked bag are not included, adding them in advance is the smart move.

    Fix details:

    Minor corrections like a spelling fix are frequently possible. Bigger changes may need a reissue and get harder close to departure, so do not wait.

    Add your LifeMiles number:

    Adding your LifeMiles number means you earn miles and any elite status benefits apply, plus Star Alliance credit where eligible. Easy to miss, easy to add.

    Change or cancel:

    Date changes and cancellations follow your fare rules, tightest on Basic and Light and most flexible on Flex and Business Flex. See our change and cancellation guide, or just call and we will handle it.
