How Frontier changes & cancellations generally work
The rules in plain language. Your exact fare always governs — we'll confirm it on the call.
Frontier's "New Frontier" pricing removed change and cancellation fees on most fares. You'd still pay any difference in fare if your new flight costs more, so the timing of your change matters.
Rather than cash, the value of a voluntary cancellation typically returns as a Frontier travel credit you can use later. Credits carry expiry dates and conditions, so don't sit on one too long.
Because Frontier is a US carrier, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund to your original payment, as long as you booked at least seven days before departure.
Seats, bags and the Economy, Premium or Business bundle you bought may or may not carry over automatically when you move flights — worth checking so you don't pay twice.
You're generally entitled to a rebooking on the next available flight or a refund to your original payment method, even on an otherwise nonrefundable fare.
Rules vary by fare, route and how the ticket was issued, and Frontier has no reservations phone line to talk it through. We never publish change or cancellation amounts because yours depends on your ticket — an agent tells you the exact figure before anything is charged.
Frontier fares and how flexible they are
How much you bundled decides how smoothly a change goes. More included = fewer surprises.

Frontier has no phone line — so time your own move or call us. You can change it yourself at flyfrontier.com or in the app, but if you'd rather a person do it (or you're up against the 24-hour window), a BargainAirTicket agent can act on it right away.
